Well, week 5 runs 1 &2 are completed! Me and the hubby are feeling very proud of ourselves! Only the 20 minute run to go for this week, we can do it! (probably, hopefully!) .

Well done to you both! I am one run behind you, so look forward to hearing how you get on with the 20 minutes. Not probably, hopefully - lots of positive feelings = DEFINITELY!

I am a week behind you and very nervous about week 5, so well done for getting this far and good luck for your big run! Let us know how you get on x

Me too - completed W5R2 last night and was quite suprised at how comfortable I felt.

Really not looking forward to R3 though - 20 minutes sounds quite scary!

Best of luck to you both! :-)

I have week 5 run 3 to do tomorrow. I have given up listening to the music on the podcast as I don't find it quick enough..is slows the pace down too much. I have downloaded a running favorites playlist and I hope that it will get me through. W5R2 was not at all as bad as I thought, but form 8 to 20 is a big jump...

Well, it's about a million degrees outside, but we did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm feeling very very proud of myself!

Thanks to everyone for your support- it really helps.

I think week 5 was the scariest week (so far!?) but also my favourite week :-)

Family pressures got in the way, and we had to run separately so we didn't have each other's encouragement, but we were both fine.

I thought Laura would tell me when I got to 1 minute left (she tells you when you have 2 minutes left) but she doesn't, so when she said stop running it was a pleasant surprise!

Not what you're looking for?
