I was going to post the same sort of thing having also completed w5 r3 tonight but seeing as you did it first I won't and will instead say bloody well done. Onwards to week 6
Well done it's a great feeling, isn't it?
That's the first time I felt that the 'runners high' was introduced.
There are many more to come, but beware of week six, it is a bit of a 'back down to earth experience'. Not dreadful just strange.
It doesn't get easier, you just stop worrying about how hard it is, which is essentially the same thing and then you actually start to enjoy it.
