Yay! I have now done Week1 Run 2 - almost had to force myself this morning as the little devil on my shoulder was saying noooo stay in bed.....so I ignored it....that surprised me actually cos I was really looking forward to this run yesterday and thats made it seem more of a chore?!

But I got up, put my new trainers and sports bra on and went and did it! :D

Dont feel quite as elated as the first time though.....? BUt my god! What a difference these trainers and bra make! :D

But I can definitely jog 60 seconds so am looking forward to week 2!

I have also realised that my first run and my penultimate run are uphill!! So Im smiling now........:D

What new trainers did you get? I've got some pink Skechers tone ups, lol, but I can't find a good reasonably priced sports bra that keeps the buggers in place!

I got Asics gel ones and I went to Bravissimo for my bra if that helps?
