I've missed a few days over the weekend because we were busy, does anyone know if it would do any harm to miss one rest day to get back on track?

Thanks

Don't forget that the 'rest' day is a 'not running' day - stuff is happening in your body in that time that is part of what will enable you to graduate, so skipping it isn't 'catching up'.

That said, although it says it is a 9 week programme, if you were to run every other day, you'd do it in less.
