Evening all!! So....I know I'm just starting out on this but I loved my run today!!! Only thing is I didn't really feel 'pushed'.... I can't imagine my fitness has increased so much in under two weeks??? And I'm not fit at all...believe me!!! I love the running bits but find the walking bits too long...anyone else experienced this??

I did my run 2 of week 2 today. i ran through one of the 2 minute walks to run a total of 5 minutes. my fitness has improved in just 2 weeks too. im happy!

Don't worry - that's a good position to be in. The length of run and walk quickly swap places, so let the programme lead you through it - it does get tougher soon enough.

Which is why we follow the programme isn't it ? :)

Really take the respite when you can, this is a slow build.... but it's nice you're enthused by it too.
