It's not easy to get started and the end seems such a long way off and so ambitious, how can I ever do that, was in my thoughts. But in truth that was how I felt at the beginning of every single run, but each time I did it, very slow but I did it. I sort of shuffled my way forward. I found it helped to stay in the moment, each step, then all of a sudden you're at the end. Jo Whiley helped me round on the app. 6 months on I've come to realise just how brilliant and well thought out C25K is. It will unlock your potential. Its not easy, but because its not easy, the achievement feels all the better. Stick with it, be gritty, you have the potential.

Hi I’ve just finished week 1 onto week 2 next week I want to do 1 more week one as I left a big gap beteeen first and second run. I can never imagine finishing this as it feels so hard just running for 60 seconds 😅
