Week 8 is done!

What satisfaction I feel when I can delete a podcast after I finish the third run.

Today I decided that I would run up the giant hill that has been mocking me up until now. I have no idea why I've been avoiding the incline and this hill since I found it so easy. My next goal will to watch my time on both sides of the incline get better and better.

Did I mention just one more mile and I'll be running the full 5k? So excited that I have three runs left before I graduate and only two weeks until my first run. I can't believe it's coming up so quickly. Every run just gets easier and easier. Oh and I was able to tighten my belt to the third hole. Just 4 months ago I could only tighten it to one. Thanks C25K team, I couldn't have done it without you!

Way to go! So proud of your accomplishments. I start week9 next run myself but still allergic to hills LOL. Congrats!

I hate big hills but apparently big hills are what will shrink my butt! I will tolerate hills for that reason alone ;)


Thanks ladies, it really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Usually I take a right turn that leads me down a level road, but last night for whatever reason my legs took me straight on up and once I reached the top I ended up going back down again before the halfway point in my run so I had to run back up the stupid thing.

I've noticed too that my love handles are starting to go away and my flat butt is getting a little more round, so I will keep running that hill until I can't run any longer. :)


A Firm butt is what every woman wants, I'm so gonna do that hill tomorrow!! Well done :)
