I did my first week 2 run yesterday and now my left knee is agony. Do I rest for a few days or run again tommorow?

rest rest rest... Following a bit of advice on here, i used some cold icepacks on my knee it reduced inflammation and the pain almost disappeared, of course it came back a bit milder a few hours later.... Generally though you cant run if your knees are messed up. Take a week off.
This is good advice. Rest for as long as it needs.
Rest! I had a niggle in my ankle and went on to do my first wk3 run. I'm now sitting here with a strap around my ankle, unable to walk well and no idea when I'm going to get out to run again.
