I have just ran the first run of week 2, but I am suffering with pain in my kneecaps. I have finally got my breathing right, but the pain in my knees slowed me down
Any tips on how i can prevent the knee pain? I am worried it is going to get worse!

Thank you for the exercises, I will definitely try them! Luckily a girl I go running with is a physio, she is going to have a look for me!
Absolutely get your gait analysed and get properly fitted running shoes, if you havent already. Even my GP told me that. Honestly, it can save you from injuries and aches and pains 😊
