Right then week 8 starts in the morning, going to do my new route again and try and get up this long steady incline at a better than crawl speed this time. Will try and do my deep belly breathing before I reach it and continue doing them and pump arms a bit harder. Wish me luck I will not be beaten by this slope but its so darn hard when its early in the run. You would think it would be easier than if it was later on but I seem to find it much harder.
