Week 8 run 1

There are loads of follow on series podcasts depending on what you want to achieve. There’s the c25k+ which talks you through improving your stamina and pace, but I’ve also seen podcasts to help you prepare for a 10k.
I’m one run behind you, and personally when I graduate it’s my intention to consolidate what I’ve achieved by repeating week 9 a couple of weeks, (maybe running on Monday, Wednesday then parkrun Saturday morning) then do the c25k+ then load up the 10k podcasts.
I have milestones I want to achieve, firstly to run for 30 mins. Then to do my local park run in under 30 mins. Then I’ve already entered a 10k race at the back end of November and next year I would like to do a half marathon if I can.

I’m on week 9 and I’m going to do 3 x 30 mins for 3 weeks to consolidate before I tackle anything else.
I think then I’m probably going to to do the speed and endurance podcasts and incorporating park run on a Saturday and my friend’s running club on a Thursday 😊
Having just graduated today (yay!) I’m planning on a few weeks of running 30 mins till it’s comfortable. Then I’ll start the podcasts for speed and stamina. Then bridge to 10k!
