I am going to continue. Seems I've got addicted. These last runs were not that difficult although I was sweating a lot...!
Cannot believe 9 weeks ago running for 1 minute was a challenge
I want to keep the same routine now - 30 minutes of running unless I am 100% comfortable with it. Then will run a bit longer. I enjoy running - in fact I enjoy first of all the satisfaction when the run is over. These must be endorphins
