Completed week 1 today didnt feel too bad and I am looking forward to week 2 on Monday. I have done it befor and like the intervals better felt the 2 mins walk better for pulse to slow.
Given that I am nearly 60 unfit and overweight does anyone know what maximum pulse rate I should be looking for.

Not considered heart rate myself, googling pulse rate showsapp a few calculators out there based on your normal resting heart rate and age. RunnersWeb says around 160 bpm for age 60 female but you'll need to work out the rate that's right for you or, better still, check with your doctor.
