I have just returned from 2 lovely weeks in Cuba. I completed my 9 weeks just before I went and was really pleased to have managed to run 5k. I have now not run for 3 weeks and intend to get back into it starting tomorrow. I am not sure after all this time I should run for 30 mins so was thinking of trying 20 for the first run, 25 for the second and 30 for the third run over a week. Has anyone any advice, do you think I am pushing it a bit or being a whimp. Any advice would be gratefully received
