Back from hols

So had a week away...managed 2 runs, had hoped for three, but hey it was my holiday! Tonight went for a run after work...around the town! First very public run! Felt good though, and nearly there....4.92km in 30.17 according to runkeeper. That'll do for me! Keep at it folks!

They definitely did....no TV, no wi-fi and virtually no phone signal! Bliss!
