Rest day query?

I'm away this weekend - planned to be around tomorrow morning but have to leave on my trip earlier than expected. I ran yesterday morning and was planning on running tomorrow morning. I'm not sure about bringing my running gear with me as I'm going to a big city and I won't be familiar with what roads are busy/what areas are safe. Will I damage myself if I do W8R2 tonight, or should I wait until Sunday evening/Monday morning?

I'd wait - an extra rest day carries next to no risks, whereas skipping a rest day carries some. You'd be gutted if you injured yourself this close to graduating.

Absolutely agree with GoogleMe,

One day more won't hurt, one day less may well do!

Great - thanks for the advice....it's also pouring rain here so I'm glad to have an excuse for another day as a couch potato!
