I went camping at the weekend and carried on with week 4. I actually done it 4 times in all only because I was running on grass. Some of you may wonder what difference that makes....... a lot! It was sooo much harder on grass than tarmac. I tracked my distance and overall I covered 2.14miles. I will be glad to see my usual road back tonight. Starting week 5, just hope I can make it to run 3 (20 mins)!!

Can I just ask what you use to track your distance? Do you use an app on your phone at the same time as using the podcast on your phone? If so what app do you use? Many thanks. I am just about to start week 5 after doing an extra week 4 run as well as I didn't quite feel up to week 5 yet! I would be really interested to see how far I am running.
