To move on or not to move on...?

I got as far as run 2, week 3 then got a cough and got tied up with work committments so have only just done the third run, 2 weeks later. I was fine though, despite the driving rain, so I think I would be okay to move on to week 4 now. That's okay, isn't it?

I would say so.

There's no down side to having a crack.

We'll see. I wrote this before actually listening to the podcast!! I am now a bit scared, but I guess if I am rubbish I go back to week 3! Thanks Greg.
