Well done but just make sure you have a good stretch and a proper rest day in between - there is nothing to be concerned about just stay positive and you will use all the stamina and techniques of weeks 1 and 2

have your rest day, then take the next session at a good slow pace and do your best. Laura is great at guiding you through, I'm sure you'll do great
Hi well done for completing wk2, I felt the same as you v nervous and didn't think I could do it, but then I thought well I'll just give it a go and to my surprise I did it! I felt exactly the same at the end of wk 3! Gave 1st run of wk4 a go yesterday and hey presto, I did it! Don't ask me how! Am sure I will feel the same at the end of wk 4 about wk5! So now my motto is, just give it go! Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.
Good luck! I just did W3R1 this morning, I was nervous but just though, get on with it! It was fine, I was dreading the 3mins run...like Laura says, just keep going & don't stop! You can do it!
