On Thursday evening I prepared myself to do Run 2 of Week 9. The sky was looking threatening but I forced myself out the door. Everything was going well -Laura had just said I'd got ten minutes left to run, a few drops of rain had started to fall, and suddenly I went flying..... and crashed to the pavement. Ouch ! Luckily my only injury was to my left had - a large ugly-looking graze that really hurt (and still does). I walked the rest of the way home, nursing my injury, a little shaken up and feeling very sorry for myself But I am undeterred and intend to complete the final run either today or tomorrow. Take care out there fellow runners.....

Oooowwwww you poor thing! Thank goodness your leggings were ok - sounds trivial but they cost a packet! Hope your graze is better soon, they hurt soooo bad!
