A better day....WK4R2

It was much better today, the weather helped though, it was nice and sunny and not too windy.

I ate better, rested more, breathed deeper while running and was more hydrated. Yes I've been reading Runners World! These are all good tips and made a difference to me, as I struggled on R1. My legs didn't feel so heavy and I didn't feel on the verge of collapse after four minutes! I even ran a little faster in the last 60 seconds!

I'm recovering quicker now too....Bring it on!!!
