well this morning I completed my second run of wk 4 and it was hard! wasn't helped by my pooch stopping for the toilet, so i have his lead in one hand my phone in the other and have to juggle them to hold a poo bag and clean up ! so I do what every responsible dog owner does and clean up! which may I add i think a lot of dog owners seem to think since corona that they can just leave it on the track....anyway back to what i was saying so first i knock my music of then my c25k and somehow i turn my phone off, grrrrrr ! so have to wait to get everything back on before i can continue with said poo bad till i reach a bin, something else some people think bag it then chuck it!!! why ???
anyway run done it was hard and i didnt feel the great feeling i normally have at the end of my run, but am still looking forward to the next. hopefully a better experience altogether.
sorry for the rant !!

I have a neat running lead, that sits around my hips; poo bags tied on. I think when you start the programme, its easy to worry about stopping for poo picking or sniffing/cocking. However in the scheme of things its not really going to affect your progress. Also lots of running belts for your phone/keys etc.
Yes I too have noticed more poo on the path during lockdown-what's that about??? I wonder if people who don't normally come out, are walking...who knows! Anyway well done
