Definitely felt much better on todays run, especially in the leg department. Gave myself an extra rest day and it worked, they were nowhere near as heavy as last time. Whilst still running at around 7min/km I was able to run around 3.8 km in 26 mins. Whilst I felt like I could run no faster, I was in the groove and could probably have easily run 30 minutes. One step at a time though, and I stopped myself continuing until Laura tells me. Only 7 runs left until I graduate now, and I cannot wait.
