Couch to 5K

finally getting started!

After two failed attempts at finishing week 1, as a result of extremely flat feet and poor shoes causing knee and shin problems, I'm finally feeling positive about things! I got new trainers which seems to have helped.

I started at week 1 again, but felt really comfortable which I'm taking as a good sign. But I'm going to be good and not skip to week 2, I don't want more injuries.

I'm determined to be feeling better about myself by graduation in June and even better by a wedding in November :)

Well done at having the sense to re-start, I have also had injury problems, hip aches & shin pains and am only on week 2, but, if we are determined to do it, we will keep coming back :) Good luck x
