You're doing great! I just came on here today to find out how people deal with 'that' week 5 day 3 run!
I'm loosely following the programme, and today I also did some 8 minute jog intervals, and felt quite good. However, there is no way I'm ready for 20 straight! Are you attacking it head on, or do you have a different strategy?
if you have been following the programme you will be ready for the 20 minutes...it's just your head doubting whether you can do it. Your body is ready!! In all honesty the thought of it is actually alot worse than the reality. Good luck!

Doing v well, I'd say. The 20 mins sounds daunting, but I am sure you'll manage it.
