Doing Wk1r3 this evening but walked six miles in London on Saturday and have an ache on the outside of my left ankle just a nagging ache - did I overdo the walking - any advice welcome please

Have you had a gait analysis done? If not, it's worth getting one. It may be that your running is taking it's toll on your gait exacerbated by the long walk which could be causing the pain. If that's the case it will only get worse as your run times increase. Best get it sorted now.

Just completed W1r3 and ankle held up really well with no twinges!!!
