w6r3 that is done and dusted and my god was the 1st 10 min pure torture but settled down after that i thbink its more mental than anything as my mind kept telling me your never gona do this as my legs ached for the 1st wee while but hey who cares i did it !!! bring on week so although not to early as i think i may need 2 days rest now lol :
