Well I can't believe it just ran for 25 minutes. Unbelievable, I did a celebratory dance when I finished. Woo! Hoo! Won't lie the last 5 minutes I had to dig deep, so will keep going this week till its comfortable.

Go Rocket! (never knew, but it turns out I always wanted to say that!) FWIW, I think the 25min run is way more challenging than the 20min that everyone is so scared of, but by the time we get to it, we are pretty hard
