Wk6r3 done!

I can’t quite believe I’ve run for 25 minutes straight! I had to take a week off between run 2 and today as I have suspected endometriosis and running on period week is impossible, I’m mostly stuck on the sofa, dosed up on painkillers and hugging a hot water bottle. I wasn’t sure whether to repeat run 2 after that gap, but decided I was feeling good again, I’d been and got proper running shoes fitted and I wasn’t going to let the condition knock me back so I went for it. I actually found it easier than the previous run, which really surprised me. The app crashed on me during the final 5 minutes (yet again, this has happened so many times since I started C25K!), so I ended up stopping at about the point on my route that I was at when I started running after the warm up walk, as I figured that should be about right.

Anyway, I am really pleased to have got this far and for the first time feel fairly confident I’ll be able to complete it. I’m hoping getting fitter will go some way towards helping me manage the endometriosis.
