Jusy back from w7r1. Legs felt really heavy and tight...but on the positive side my breathing is so much easier so i must be getting fitter!!
Maybe just one of those 'bad' days everyone seems to have now and then.
Must think back to when i started and thought i would never get past week 3.
All the posts on here really help, and i never want to come online and say i havent completed a training run. So thanks everyone you really keep me going!!!!!

You are so right, it's just one of those runs. As you say, remember when you thought you would never get past those first weeks and now look how far you have got, no need to feel bad. I think we should all remember that stage and not worry too much if a run doesn't go to plan. You are doing brilliantly.and have the right attitude, just move forward to another day and another run
I graduated about 4 weeks ago but I still have the odd bad run but today I had a good run, 33 minutes but I've still not reached 5K but I'm pretty relaxed about that, I'll get there one day soon. I'm not on the couch.
sometimes a late night coupled with an early morning can cause this. or not being hydrated enough or not eating enough the night before a morning run. or alcohol. all these things can lead to a difficult run. or you may be coming down with something or it just might be something in the air
dont fret too much. tomorrow is another day & your next run is a completely different run.
& youre on week 7 ~ how fab is that no more runs with walks
Thanks shelleymcb. Did have quite a busy/heavy weekend, but no alcohol sunday night...however have been reading loads of blogs and everyone seems to have a few 'off ' days. Mustn't forget laura said i'm a runner now.....!
