Start week 6 on monday, and am pleased I have got this far. I have never run outside before and have enjoyed it so far, even when it rained!

Hoping to get to the end.

Amazing what you can do at 50!

Well done! I'm due to start week 8 and also can't believe how quickly you can build up the time. Great is'nt it? I have done a little running before but always DREADED it and would try to avoid it at all cost. The main surprise is that I now actually look forward to running!!! Hoping this continues.
