I had an amazing 2nd run of week 8 last night and I really felt the buzz! I ran the quickest yet sub 10.5 mins and I felt like I could run further. I have really started to open my stride now as before i felt that for most of the time I was "shuffling" along. It was a proper run and witnessed by my wife who was full of encouragement. I more run then its the big week 5k in 30minutes here I come.

Good on you, I still feel like a shuffler on week 5 and hoping to move a bit faster and feel the buzz in the next few weeks
