Back after illness and an awful week

Ok people I was enjoying my running had done w1r2 then my son started having blackouts then I came down with a chest infection. Ok so on Monday I thought I would do w1r1 again but I really want to move onto w2r1 but not sure I can manage it

I'd start again from the beginning, especially as you're in the very early stages. There's no rush and you'll probably get more motivated then.

me too, hope your son is on the mend.

my daughter who is 15 started & got to week 2 then got hip pain (clicky hips as a baby) so took a couple of months off. started back last week. did 2 x week 1s & has now moved on to week 2. she said she wanted to re-do week 1s to get back into it & managed last night fine.
