After a two week break due to sore knee I was unsure whether to start again from week 1 ( I had previously just finished week2 run2). I set of this morning and realised that I no longer had week 1 on my phone!! So I thought what the hey lets just do week 2 and I finished it and despite the break I was in better nick than the first time I ran it lol that's not to say it was easy I still looked like a beetroot when I was done. However I'm so glad I started back cos this is one thing I really want to complete for me!! Also a big thanks to all you people who answered my question about gait analysis. I will have to do it at some point especially if my knees keep giving me bother.
