hi all im back after a week off due to severe earache!, i was thinking of re-doing week one but thought i would try week two run one and yipee i did it! it was a bit of struggle at first but once i got into it it was soooo much easier roll on run 2

forgot to say if u drink milk after a run it is much refreshing and helps to heal muscles quickly
Welcome back hope you ear ache has gone for good nothing worse in my opinion. and im glad your enjoying your running. Well done for compleating w2r1. Dont over do it if you realy struggle theres nothing stoping you redoing a run or even a week keep the enjoyment factor the main priority.
yeah the only bit i found hard was running that little bit longer and trying to breathe at the same time lol but once i got into the swing of it was a little easier
