Im hoping some of my old running Buddies still here and running well.
Quick update.. I ran the C25K about a year and a half ago..
loved the community here, and the support we all gave each other!
i regretfully had to stop running as i was diagnosed with oral cancer! YUK
Gladly a year on i feel strong enough to join you all again
im currently on run 2 of week 2 and i feel bloody amazing!
really just hoping to catch up with you all and hopefully some of you may remember me... poppypug? Irish Princess? ooh its hard to remember all... but im sure there are lots of new friends to be made
I am sure i will need lots of help to get me through the following weeks!
Im so up for it, and loving being back out there pounding or rather plodding along

Welcome back to running... you’ll soon be back through this.
Wow!! Welcome back! And good luck! I’m sure you will be welcomed back with open arms. It sounds like you’ve had a tough year!! Hopefully the futures looking good for you!! Keep us all posted on your progress.
Welcome back and take a look at the guide to the plan that was created since you were last here sparky66 it is full of tips healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Sparky!!!! How fabulous to see you here again 🤗 I wondered where you went. You sort of disappeared on us, one minute you were here and the next....."where'd she go?" Now of course I know why ☹️
I'm really sorry you had to go through such a horrible time, that sounds awful. But it sounds as if you're back firing on all cylinders. Go you!
poppypug is around somewhere but sadly we don't see so much of her these days ☹️ and this place has got so much bigger but it's still the best ever community, there are still loads of lovely supportive people and we still have a few giggles on our way around 😂😂
Having just returned myself, I was concerned at the lack of Poppypug. I hope she's ok - she used to be a prolific poster (and great Friday motivator!).
