Ok - I've been making various excuses to myself and talked myself from going out on my first run on Thurs night. No excuses today - the sun was shining so I got straight out of bed and off I went.

It went well - apart from one run in the middle I missed because of a lady walking her wolfhound having a chat with me.

Thanks for the motivation on here - it makes a big difference x
