It's fine, really! Like you said, it's just your mind thinking that maybe you can't do it, but you can. This programme really prepares your body well enough to be able to cope with each week, now you just have to think you can do it, and you'll be able to!

I thought the same but really didn't find run one too bad. Run two today was a little bit harder I thought but when I look back I always seem to find the middle run the hardest for some reason! You will be fine, just tell yourself you can do it like and did and I am sure you will. Good luck.
You will be amazed at yourself. Just put one foot in front of the other, think about others things to distract yourself and that 5 minutes will soon be up!

Week 4 first run today, definitely felt like a step up, I wasn't feeling my usual energetic self but it was still do-able, don't go too fast at the beginning and you will be fine

It took me 3 weeks to complete week 4. I found running for 5mins a major hurdle and thought i would never get there. I am stubborn though and I got past 5 mins and now there is no stopping me. I had to learn to relax and slow down when I started to worry I wouldn't make it. By focusing on settling down my breathing I was able to run further.
