Did week 9 run 3 this morning. Each time I've managed to get a few metres further, so that's the plan :0).
I still need to work out how far I'm running - I think it was about 3.8k on the first run this week - according to map my run.
I've received alot of support, information and advice on here so thank you :0)

That would be amazing to have another podcast to follow on!!
My aim is to get a little further each time within the 30 mins. I have a hectic lifestyle and can't spare much more than the 40 mins 3 times a week.
However, I'm hoping to be brave enough to do a 5k charity run in July (Race for Life) in memory of my Mum who passed away last June.
I'll keep watching for that podcast though - I listened to the bridge to 10k one that was posted here but it didn't "do it" for me
