Have just come back from facing my demons after a bad run on Friday. It was tough but decided to go slower to ensure I made it to the full 28 minutes. All bar the last minute was tough and I don't know where I found the energy from but I managed to go alot faster for a whole 60 seconds ...I felt like a proper runner (for that minute at least).
I've decided not to repeat a w8 run even though I didn't complete r2 and am going to give w9r1 a go on my next run and see how it goes.
