I did this at 6.20 this morning and I am still on a high. I ignored Denise's idea of maybe going faster but changed the route so the up hill bits came in a different order. I feel I am getting into my rhythm quicker now. OK is is still very slow but my breathing and pulse are get steadier after about 6 mins when it was taking 10 mins in wk 7. Longest distance yet and getting close to 5k. I can't believe how far I have come and running days it is up, running stuff on, quick coffee (nothing starts before a coffee) and out I go. No-one else is around this early, it really is the best part of the day. Run 3 on Thursday then the last 3 runs to go.
