WK6 r2

The first 10 minute run seemed so long and the 3 minute walk flew past. The second 10 minute run was better even though I started with a slight uphill bit. Intervals seem harder than continuous. It was very much mind over matter. The thought of repeating it kept me going.

I always found intervals tough and so I recognise those thoughts. They’re such a good tool to have under your belt though. Onwards to run 3

Thank you. I made a pact to post every run. They may be slow but I keep going. FORR fear of repeating run is a great incentive. I just mutter to myself as I go along. Luckily I get out early so few people around to see old, slow, very red person talking to herself plodding along.
