Just completed W5 R3 and am so pleased I did it. I had been worrying about how I would manage the step up from R2 and decided to change my playlist so I concentrated on that rather than the time (I know that probably sounds strange - but it worked).

Looking forward to W6 now

Changing anything is a good tip on the bigger runs because it prevents you comparing last time with this time etc. So music or change of route or start point anything that gives you a focus is great. Good job and good luck for W6

Fabulous! It obviously worked! I like running to different play lists, so I do understand how motivating running to new music can be.
