W6R2...New ground this time out

For the last 6 weeks I've been repeating runs. I started C25K last year and then again in January, and today I've hit a milestone...it's the furthest I've ever got into the programme.

I completed today's 2 x 10 minute runs without any problems, so w6r3 (25 minutes) awaits on Friday.

Oh serious run coming up - but you're ready for it. Good luck it's only 5 minutes more than the other two in total in W6. You have all the C25K community holding your hand and applauding every step of the 25 minutes, as we all know how intimidating that number can be.

Great job done.

Really well done! How exciting the furthest in the programme so far. There always seem to be more targets to aim for with running. Here's to happy injury free running. 🏃🏻‍♂️😊

Good luck for W6R3 on Friday. The program is good in terms of generating achievable milestones. I like Steve Cram on the post CT5K runs. I am doing the Stepping, Speed and Stamina runs and each time I try to do slightly better than last time. Something to look forward to.

Thanks for your encouragement. Do you have a goal in mind... a Park Run or 10k for example?

Not what you're looking for?
