Had my whippet running buddy with me (she’s not really a whippet - but is quicker than me) I managed to stay with her for the fists 10mins but sent her on ahead of me for the second 10mins as I was a bit puffing and panting - I finished about 50m behind her. My pace was a little faster and I managed the runs but I’m going to tell her I’m not trying to keep up Friday - need to start slow like last Fridays 20mins run I think.
Calves are tired, don’t think they know what’s hit them. I’m not great at picking my feet up - does that improve? (Comparing to the runners who fly past me in the park)

I did mine last night. I keep feeling that I should be puffing less & getting quicker. I stopped taking my dog as he has to be kept on the lead. He’s a dog pesterer & likes rolling in 🦊 💩! He’s a Saluki/ Greyhound x. I shuffle jog too as it’s less tiring. How’s the weather been with you?
She’s a bit like my Hubby! He was bouncing along like Tigger & even jogging backwards!!! It’s a bit like The hare & the tortoise! 🤣 I’m hoping to do my 3rd run tomorrow. Not looking forward to 25 minutes jogging. 😞
