W6R1 Success. Boom!

Last time on C25K my calf popped at about 5 minutes into this run..That was in January 2025 and recovery seemed to take for ever. I'm back,healthy and uninjured, so far, after 3 months and it feels great.

Still find it strange that runners expect injuries, touch wood not suffered one yet.

I don't expect them, I don't want them, but three times I've been stopped in my tracks by muscle pulls, 2 of which needed physio treatment, so I'm careful not to overdo things. Staying injury free is one of my major goals. Without that all the rest goes out of the window, and at my age, fitness drops off quickly with inactivity.
