Weeks 1 and 2 I found easy as I do exercise.
Weeks 3-4 a little harder but no issue.
Weeks 5-7 hard at times and questioned why I am doing this.
Week 8 changed mindset reminding myself that I set myself a challenge and I can do this and enjoyed it
Couldn’t wait to complete week 9. Just got back and ran my fastest time .
Feeling pretty good about myself, fresh and invigorated.
If you’re struggling keep going I promise you it will feel great when you hit that goal!!
