Forgot to post last night after getting this run in after work. After a full day in the office the first 10 seemed to take forever but then got into it. Run 3 either tomorrow or Sunday 😀

Don't know if you know but the first 10mins are known as the toxic ten, when your muscles fill with lactic acid making it harder and your legs feel so much heavier, someone may tell you more than I know I that, but that is why some of us struggle to begin with. I run after work except when it falls on the weekend, motivation is the key for after work and the extra rest day now and again helped me.
