Felt tough today - note to self - leave a bit longer after eating before going out for a run! Tagged my run on to the end of an appointment as the forecast was for rain - may have been easier to get a bit wet! 😊

Well done you... this running is about a lot more than running... we surprise ourselves... and we should celebrate that too !

Good for you for keeping to the plan. I have had a couple of similar situations and you do learn a bit more about your body each time. Luckily it sounds like you and I are both pig-headed enough to keep to the schedule and having started C25K on New Years Day, I am tonight running W9R2….. we have got this!

Chalk this run up to experience. That's a gain to know when to eat/not eat before a run.

I don't eat before a run but I do have a glass of water and 2 jelly babies!
