Anyone want to congratulate an old crock who ran for 16 minutes (6x2 plus 1x4) on the treadmill today? I don't generally enjoy the treadmill but it's getting me running again, and that's a good thing! Hello to any of the old chums from a few years back!

Not sure there is an old crock needing congratulations but I'll certainly congratulate a young crock. Well done. Great achievment.

If you’re old then I’m a donkey and far as I’m aware donkeys don’t write…

Really well done good job done - mojos are frail things they do have a habit of going awol from time to time. Clearly your treadmill has a direct line to mojo land.

Congrats

Funnily enough, this old crock is back on the programme as well. After a looong holiday with no running followed by a period of illness post Xmas that dragged on for quite a while - I'm back on the C25k. I'm on week 4. Good to see you again Cory!

If you're running for 6 minute stints then you are ahead of me! Wk 4 is only 2x 5 and 2x3 mins. I started on Week 4 though but am going to do the runs at least 4 times as I know what's coming up in Week 5 LOL.

Quite right, I'd forgotten about week 4. I'll maybe think about giving that a try soon. Good luck with yours! (I don't remember week 5 - don't burst my bubble 😆😆!)
